General Conditions of Sale

Preamble

1. These general conditions of sale are agreed upon between Equipamentos Dentários and individuals who wish to make purchases through the website https://equipamentosdentarios.com, hereinafter referred to as the "User."

2. The parties agree that purchases made through the website https://equipamentosdentarios.com will be governed exclusively by this contract, excluding any conditions previously available on the site.

ARTICLE 1 - OBJECTIVE

1. The objective of these general conditions of sale is to provide and define all the necessary information for the User about the modalities of ordering, selling, payment, and delivery of purchases made on the website https://equipamentosdentarios.com.

2. These conditions regulate all the steps necessary for placing an order and ensuring the monitoring of that order between the contracting parties.

ARTICLE 2 - ORDER

1. The user places their order by completing the purchase process presented on the website https://equipamentosdentarios.com, adding the products or services they wish to request to the shopping cart:

2. To submit their order, the User must:

a) Register on the website https://equipamentosdentarios.com, providing the requested information there.

b) Log in (providing an email and password combination chosen by the user when registering).

c) Fill in the information and choose the options available throughout the order completion process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the taxpayer identification number (NIF) and the desired name for tax purposes as shown on the invoice).

3. The final confirmation of the order by the User is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale, as well as these General Conditions of Sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.

4. Equipamentos Dentários will fulfill orders received online, and only products in stock are available for online purchase unless there is an error in the process.

5. The data contained in the invoice is the sole responsibility of the user. The invoice issued once cannot be reissued with changes.

ARTICLE 3 - PAYMENT

1. On the website https://equipamentosdentarios.com, Equipamentos Dentários offers the User the following payment methods:

a) MULTIBANCO;

b) MBWAY;

c) Credit Cards;

d) Bank transfer

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY

1. Orders are delivered within 1 to 10 business days after the order. Delivery is made by the Transport company.

2. Shipping costs are added to orders.

ARTICLE 5 - PRICES

1. Prices are presented in euros, to which the applicable VAT rate at the time of payment of the order is added.

2. If there is an increase in the price of any product, the User will be informed immediately.

ARTICLE 6 - CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

1. The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by Equipamentos Dentários. The request must be sent in writing to the email address shop@equipamentosdentarios .com within 15 days after the order, with instructions for cancellation or return of the products responded and defined by Equipamentos Dentários, through the same means of communication.

2. Whenever possible, the return should be made using the same payment method, but if this is not possible, the user must provide proof of payment and ownership of the account or card, to make the return by bank transfer.

3. Equipamentos Dentários undertakes to refund the User within a maximum period of 30 days.

4. Returned products must be in a condition fit for sale, i.e., in the same condition they arrived in the User's hands, without any anomalies or damage.

5. If the value resulting from the exchange of products for an order is lower or higher than the initial value, Equipamentos Dentários will indicate the settlement conditions.
