Shipping Costs
Shipping and packaging costs are free for any order with a total amount equal to or greater than 123 €, excluding VAT. Any order less than 123 €, excluding VAT, will be subject to a participation in the shipping and packaging costs of 7 € (+ VAT) for Portugal and Spain, and 20 € (+ VAT) for other EU countries. Orders weighing no more than 2 kg can be sent by post.
Shipping
Deliveries are made by carriers selected by EquipamentosDentarios.com, generally within 72 hours depending on the destination and distance from the dispatch center. Packages must be checked at the time of delivery. If any damage is found or if the delivery of the goods is incomplete, the customer must, obligatorily, make a written complaint to the carrier:
- Immediately at the time of delivery, using the delivery note.
- Confirm this complaint with the carrier within 8 hours, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
- Immediately inform EquipamentosDentarios.com for a joint resolution of the problem.
The goods cannot be exchanged or reshipped if all conditions are not met. EquipamentosDentarios.com reserves the right to split orders into multiple packages and/or shipments, and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by a carrier or by the postal service.
Stock Outage
EquipamentosDentarios.com is not responsible for the partial delivery of an order due to a stock outage or temporary or permanent unavailability of the manufacturer. In these cases, a message will appear on the invoice indicating whether you should place a new order for the affected products or if they will be sent later with shipping paid. EquipamentosDentarios.com, in the case of special offers of free items or services not usually sold, reserves the right to replace them with equivalent items in case of a stock outage. It also reserves the right to replace them with others of equivalent value in case of defects or malfunction.
Returns and Exchanges
You have 15 days from the moment you receive the order to return or exchange the items you need.
- Applies to unused and undamaged products, except for personal protective equipment, which, once opened, cannot be returned for sanitary reasons;
- The return must be communicated in advance to the Customer Service of EquipamentosDentarios.com;
- Products must be returned to EquipamentosDentarios.com in their original packaging, properly protected, and accompanied by a photocopy of the corresponding sales invoice.
In any other case, the warranty will not apply. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. In the case of returns, shipping expenses, including any free shipping offers, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Warranty
EquipamentosDentarios.com exclusively provides a warranty for manufacturing defects in appliances and rotary instruments according to the conditions established by each manufacturer.
EquipamentosDentarios.com grants a warranty of 6 to 12 months only for defects in small dental equipment (contra-angles, handpieces, turbines).
EquipamentosDentarios.com cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect consequences related to the use of the dental products offered.
EquipamentosDentarios.com reserves the right to remove or modify, without prior notice, the selection of its dental products and supplies. In the case of special sales offers with gifts, EquipamentosDentarios.com may, whenever there is a stock outage of the item that is not usually marketed, replace it with an equivalent item.
Responsibility
EquipamentosDentarios.com cannot be held responsible for typographical errors that may appear, as well as in all offers and communication elements addressed to all doctors. EquipamentosDentarios.com reserves the right to correct them.
Personal Data
For citation purposes in case of litigation, the customer is considered domiciled at the delivery address indicated in the order of the products. The personal data collected within the scope of the established contractual relationships will be part of a registered database, which complies with the current legislation on data security and protection. Such data is intended for our commercial, accounting, and administrative management. The order of products implies unequivocal consent for EquipamentosDentarios.com, directly or through entities mandated to ensure the management of such data, to process them, whether automatically or not, for advertising and/or commercial prospecting purposes, and may include those data in an automated file for which it will be responsible to allow future contacts with the customer.
